In order for us to custom create a clip-on we'll always need a frame. The frame will need lenses whether Demo or Rx. We do not remove or handle the lenses, they're strictly to maintain the proper form of the frame . Sending a pattern is time saving and can help get your order out that much quicker, though it is not mandatory. The frame should be placed securely in a box with the Order Form filled out. We suggest a tracking method of shipping, though it is to your discretion. We take full responsibility of your merchandise as soon as it arrives . We thoroughly inspect your frame and order form to make sure the "Items Enclosed" section of the form match the items enclosed as well as making sure you have chosen the right color and lenses for you clip-on. We like doing things right the first time and in order to do that we'll need your help. The Order Form has questions to help us get it right the first time, without unnecessary returns.
